I've learned from the past.. The hurt The anger The abuse The verbal damage I've learned from those.. I've learned that I am a strong woman! You talking down to me, abusing me, making me afraid to feel... Has only made me a stronger woman! You thought you had won.. But truth is... I did. I didn't stay down .. No I didn't Stay down In fact I'm stronger than you now. Stronger than you will ever be I knew I always deserved happiness, love compassion, trust I now know I deserve more than you could ever give me. So I thank you for treating me like I was worthless to you I thank you I thank you Because with out that... I wouldn't be the one on top on the world right now I wouldn't be the one going places I wouldn't be the confident woman I am now So I thank you. |

I believe that we all go through our moments when just want to give up on love… The feeling that you wont ever find that one special person goes through everyones mind as we grow older… But the moment that you come to terms with that and decide your going to make yourself a better person, the moment when you finally decide move forward, the moment you least expect it. Is when that right, special, and possible soul mate comes along…
